Samantha Libasci

Ms. Libasci graduated from Shenandoah University in 2021 with bachelor's degrees in Psychology & Public Health with a focus on Biology and Human Development. Ms. Libasci was a nationally-ranked Irish dancer and a cross country/track runner for most of her life. She proudly coaches the Chelsea varsity XC team. At Chelsea, she enjoys planning student life activities and assists in counseling students in the middle and high school. Born and raised in Virginia Beach, she now has fun exploring the Shenandoah Valley while hiking, camping, and rock climbing.
