Chelsea Parent Association was established to promote family integration, facilitate volunteer opportunities, and foster a sense of community within our school.

$5/skater can be handed in at the front desk at school anytime before the event. Please label clearly who the payment is for!

Lower School St. Nicholas Market

This year, the CPA is introducing our first St. Nicholas Market for the Lower School. Each class in K-5 will have a set time to come and shop. All items will be priced at $1-$2. Children should be sent with a shopping "list" of whom they are looking to buy for along with their cash. A "helper" will shop with them, and then help them wrap and label their gifts! What fun for them to have a little way to give to others at Christmas.

Class Moms:

A vital aspect of our lower and middle school support, class moms are a liaison between teachers and parents in each class. They also help with communication and coordination of special activities.

Faculty Lunches:

Each month, our lunch lead will facilitate sign-ups for families to contribute to prepared lunches for our beloved faculty and staff!

New Family Mentor Program:

Megan McCarthy, a former CPA chair and dedicated parent, personally facilitates matching new families with existing Chelsea families to help provide support in many different ways. Established families can help by connecting newbies with resources in the community, facilitating social meet-ups with other families, as well as navigate different aspects of the Chelsea culture or structure.

Fall Festival:

A stand-out event filled with Fall food & fun! Enjoy carnival-style games, bounce houses, great food, an oktoberfest-style beer tent and watching some kep Chelsea figures brave the “dunk tank”! Put on by the CPA and often helps a targeted fundraising goal.

Support:

CPA also helps with the organization and refreshments at other events, such as the back-to-school picnic, the fall hike picnic, the science fair, the play reception, and the new student orientation.

Socials:

One amazing thing about our school is the social connections! CPA leads BINGO nights as well as various parent socials and trivia nights.
