Mrs. Nancy Thomas is beginning her sixth year at Chelsea Academy. At the end of last year, she added Director of Admissions to her responsibilities and has greatly enjoyed the opportunity to share her love of Chelsea with prospective students and families. As Director of Admissions, Nancy guides families through the admissions process, introduces them to Chelsea’s distinctive Catholic liberal arts mission, and helps ensure that new students and families feel welcomed into the school community. When she is not giving tours or meeting with prospective families, Nancy can be found teaching mathematics to students in Grades 6–10 and assisting with the Lower School mathematics program whenever possible. Her experience, warmth, and enthusiasm for Chelsea make her an invaluable resource both in the classroom and for families considering the school. Outside of Chelsea, Nancy enjoys spending time with her husband, their nine grown children, and especially their eight wonderful grandchildren.
