You are cordially invited (and strongly encouraged!) to join us for our annual Chelsea Academy Parents' Night! This evening promises to be a fun and engaging experience for all Chelsea parents. You will get the opportunity to hear from the headmaster, administrative team, and faculty as well as stepping into your student's shoes for a short time!

There will be a plethora of savories, sweets, wine and beverages for you to choose from while you mingle and socialize.

I would appreciate a simple RSVP in the form of an email or text so that I can properly plan adequate seating and refreshments. Thank you in advance for this!

Schedule for the Evening:

5:30pm | This event will begin with a welcome reception in the Chelsea gym. Parents will have the opportunity to enjoy delightful refreshments and socialize with one another.

6:00pm | We will transition into the formal portion of the evening. The Headmaster and Administrative team will deliver brief addresses followed by a formal introduction of all faculty members.

6:20pm | Parents of Lower School students will be guided to their children's classrooms for a period of discussion and presentation. During this time, Upper School parents are encouraged to continue mingling and socializing.

7:00pm | The Lower School sessions are scheduled to conclude. At this point, Upper School parents will begin their abbreviated class schedule. They will follow a condensed version of their students' daily schedule, with a strict 10 minutes per period and 2 minutes for passing time between classes. This segment is designed to give them a tangible feel for a day in their child's life.
