Born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida, Miss Garcia graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Florida with a major in history in 2018. She has experience teaching fourth grade, as well as middle and high school. She enjoys hiking, painting, and reading in her spare time. This is her 2nd year at Chelsea.
